Matt is hands down the best and most professional IT expert I’ve ever met! He’s not only incredibly skilled but also completely honest. Matt came right to our home, reinstalled the necessary hardware and had my son’s gaming PC up and running in no time!! It was so convenient not having to disconnect everything and haul the desktop computer back and forth. From now on, I’ll never visit a repair shop again — I’ll only call Matt!

I called this morning when I could not start my computer. I am leaving the country tomorrow. Matt met me at his shop and did a thorough assessment. Unfortunately, the computer probably not repairable so he helped me to find a location where I could get a relatively inexpensive laptop since I don't need top of the line. He was extremely helpful and I will contact him on my return as he will try to look at the pile of old computers I have to see what he can salvage in terms of files and photos. Look forward to working with him.

I am now using a refurbished top line Lenovo ThinkPad for a lower price than my mistake purchase. Matt helped me find it through a reputable company.
